Who processes your data

Leys is More BV, Pasteelsblokweg 21, 3010 Leuven, Belgium, company number BE 1030.780.297, is responsible for processing your personal data. Questions about your data can be sent to info@leysismore.be.

Which data

Through the forms on this website: your name, email address, phone number, company, number of participants, location and whatever you write in your message.

If you become a client, I also process what is needed to coach and invoice you: address, billing details, training goals and training data such as heart rate, pace and power.

In personal training and endurance coaching you sometimes share health information, such as an injury or a medical limitation. That is sensitive data. I only process it with your explicit consent and only to adapt your training safely.

What for

To answer your question and make you a proposal, to provide the agreed coaching, to invoice, and to meet my legal obligations such as bookkeeping.

I do not use your data for third-party advertising and I never sell it.

On what basis

A request through the form is processed because you ask for an answer or a proposal. Client data is processed to perform the agreement. Billing data is kept because the law requires it. Health data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who I share it with

Only with services I need to do my work:

• FormSubmit, which forwards messages from the forms to my mailbox
• my email provider and the hosting of this website
• TrainingPeaks, for endurance coaching clients, to share training plans and training data
• my accountant, for invoicing

Some of these services are located outside the European Union. In that case the transfer takes place with the safeguards required by European rules.

How long

A request that does not lead to working together is deleted no later than two years after our last contact. Client data is kept for as long as the coaching runs and afterwards for as long as needed to wrap it up. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a usable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Send an email to info@leysismore.be. I reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
