About these terms

These terms apply to all services of Leys is More BV, Pasteelsblokweg 21, 3010 Leuven, Belgium, company number BE 1030.780.297: personal training, company sessions and online endurance coaching. Booking a session, series or coaching means accepting these terms. Exceptions only apply when agreed in writing.

Prices

The applicable prices are listed on this website or in the proposal you receive. Prices for personal training and company sessions are stated excluding VAT unless indicated otherwise. Prices for online endurance coaching include VAT. Travel and equipment are included within 15 km of Leuven.

Personal training

Personal training is paid per series of 12 or 20 sessions. A series of 20 sessions comes at a lower price per session. The series is paid in advance and is personal.

A series of 12 sessions is valid for 16 weeks, a series of 20 sessions for 26 weeks, counted from the first session. If I am on holiday myself, that period is extended by the length of my absence. Sessions not used within that period expire and are not refunded.

If an injury or illness temporarily prevents you from training, the validity is extended by the length of that interruption, on presentation of a doctor's certificate. If an injury makes further training permanently impossible, the remaining sessions are refunded.

If I cancel a session myself, you do not lose it and we reschedule it.

Cancelling or moving a session is free up to 24 hours in advance. A later cancellation counts as a session given. In case of illness or force majeure we find a solution together.

Company sessions

For company sessions you receive a proposal with a fixed price in advance. The session is booked once you confirm the proposal.

Cancelling is free up to 5 working days in advance. After that, the full session is charged.

Online endurance coaching

Online coaching runs per month, with a minimum term of three months. You pay monthly by bank transfer. After those first three months you can stop at the end of any month: you do not pay the next month and the coaching ends after the last paid month. Feel free to let me know as well.

For business owners I invoice per three or six months. The coaching then runs until the end of the invoiced period.

Cooling-off period

If you book a series or coaching as a consumer at a distance, for example through this website, by email or by phone, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day we confirm the booking. During that period you can cancel the agreement without giving a reason by sending a short message to info@leysismore.be. You then receive your payment back within 14 days.

If you want to start within those 14 days, that is possible at your explicit request. If you cancel afterwards, you only pay for the sessions or coaching you have already received.

This cooling-off period does not apply to companies and business owners booking for their business.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 15 days of the invoice date. If payment is late, I first send a reminder. If payment is still not made, interest and costs may be charged within the limits allowed by law.

Health and responsibility

You are responsible for having your health checked by a (sports) doctor before you start training. Always report injuries, complaints or medical limitations in advance, and whenever something changes. I adapt the training accordingly.

If you feel pain or discomfort during a session, report it straight away. When in doubt, stop.

Leys is More BV is insured for all sessions. Except in the case of intent or gross negligence, I am not liable for injury or damage resulting from information you did not share or did not share correctly, or from not following my instructions.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute we first look for a solution together. If that fails, the courts of Leuven have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
